The Client

Sentrex are the leading UK cleaning company providing services to Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Warrington, Blackburn, and surrounding areas. They offer office cleaning, facility management and commercial cleaning services. Their sectors include office cleaning, school cleaning, GP surgeries, social housing and leisure cleaning.

The Challenge

Sentrex approached GSM with the primary objective of maintaining a strong presence in the competitive UK cleaning sector. They wanted to reaffirm their dominance as the leading provider of cleaning services in Manchester and the North West.

Ultimately, they wanted to rapidly increase their number of lead generations, and create a high level of visibility online.

Our Strategy

In order to achieve Sentrex’s goals of lead generation and increased online exposure, we focused our attention to their primary target audience of users in Manchester and the North West. We developed a highly targeted, localised paid advertising campaign across the following platforms:

  • Facebook
  • Google
  • Bing

To ensure that this campaign was performing at its best, we monitored its performance at a granular level through Ruler Analytics, a call tracking & marketing attribution platform.

We also integrated their CRM with Google Analytics, to make the best possible use of all the data at our disposal.
